What is Heartell?
Heartell is a personal companion app — a warm place to tell your stories, remember the people and moments that matter, and talk with a friend who keeps what you share. It is built for good company, not for productivity checklists.
Is Heartell a medical or counselling service?
No. Heartell is a companion for stories and conversation. It is not therapy, not a crisis line, and not a medical device. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a short free trial (see the App Store listing for the current length). You can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
What about my privacy?
We take privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information. Details of what we collect, how AI providers process content on our behalf, and your rights are in our Privacy Policy. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
Who is Heartell for?
Anyone who wants a thoughtful companion for life stories, memory, and everyday conversation. We do not age-brand the product — the tone is warm and evergreen.
How do I get support?
